Outside Sales & Project Managers

Our outside sales reps / projects managers work with retail and commercial customers both in the showroom and in the field to evaluate needs and determine solutions. They are responsible for preparing bids and proposals, closing sales, and preparing the final specification for sold projects.

Experience in window and door, millwork, or building materials industries, in either a sales or installation capacity is a huge plus.

  • Clean driving record and background check required
  • Full time 40-50 hours per week depending on seasonal demand

Hourly $28 to $32 starting PLUS

  • A 1% sales commission. An experienced project manager will typically gross $1,000,000+ in sales for their first year for a net commission of $10,000.
  • Medical & dental insurance after your initial probation period, or an additional $2 per hour in lieu of participation in our insurance program
  • Retirement plan with 2% employer contribution after your first full year โ€“ we contribute to your retirement whether you contribute or not. 2% of the minimum starting wage of $28 per hour is $0.56 per hour additional contributed to your retirement plan.

Inside Sales

Inside sales representatives handle showroom, web, and phone sales traffic. Primarily focused on selling glass, windows, shower enclosures and door products with the related installation services. A background in building materials sales is a plus but not required. 1-2 years sales experience is a must, as is a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Inside sales representatives are also asked to handle scheduling and coordination of service related products. Sales experience will be waived in place of an associateโ€™s degree or higher in a related field.

Experience and skills will determine starting pay range. Your long term pay will depend on you!

A willingness to learn new skills, bring a positive attitude to work, and meet performance targets will be rewarded.

For candidates with 2-3 years sales experience or an equivalent in higher education:

Hourly $18 to $24 starting PLUS

  • A 1% sales commission. A junior inside sales member will typically gross $2-300,000 in sales for their first year for a net commission of $2-3,000.
  • Medical & dental insurance after your initial probation period, or an additional $2 per hour in lieu of participation in our insurance program
  • Retirement plan with 2% employer contribution after your first full year โ€“ we contribute to your retirement whether you contribute or not. 2% of the minimum starting wage of $20 per hour is $0.40 per hour additional contributed to your retirement plan.

For candidates with 4-5 years sales experience or an equivalent in higher education:

Hourly $22 to $30 starting PLUS

  • A 1% sales commission. An experienced inside sales member will typically gross $5-600,000 in sales for their first year for a net commission of $5-6,000.
  • Medical & dental insurance after your initial probation period, or an additional $2 per hour in lieu of participation in our insurance program
  • Retirement plan with 2% employer contribution after your first full year โ€“ we contribute to your retirement whether you contribute or not. 2% of the minimum starting wage of $18 per hour is $0.36 per hour additional contributed to your retirement plan.

Lead Painter

The lead painter is responsible for the application of paints, stains, and clears using HVLP and airless sprayers on a wide variety of millwork products. All painting is done in our computer controlled paint booth. Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years experience working in residential, automotive, or commercial painting.

  • Full time 32-50 hours per week depending on seasonal demand

Window & Door Installer

We are looking for motivated, serious craftsmen that considers the window & door or carpentry industry their career and want to work with like minded professionals. Your primary role would be working in the field installing replacement windows, doors, and glass.

Typical activities will include:

Retrofit window & door handling and installation
Interior and exterior finish carpentry
Operation of forklifts, man lifts, trucks and truck/trailer (non CDL) combinations
Daily heavy lifting of 50-150 pounds

Experience must include:

  • Clean driving record and background check required
  • Minimum 3 years experience handling and installing windows and doors
  • Minimum 1 years experience performing the related finish carpentry
  • Forklift experience
  • Full time 32-50 hours per week depending on seasonal demand

Hourly $20 to $30 starting PLUS

  • Performance bonus of up to $3.50 per hour after your initial probation period
  • Medical & dental insurance after your initial probation period, or an additional $2 per hour in lieu of participation in our insurance program

Glass Installer / Glazier

Glass Installer / Glaziers are responsible for the installation of insulated glass, flat glass, mirrors, and shower enclosures on residential and commercial job sites.

For candidates with 3-5 years glazing experience, this experience must include:

  • A clean driving record (no DUI)
  • Replacement of insulated glass in residential wood and vinyl windows
  • Cutting, fabricating, and installing flat glass and mirrors in residential applications
  • Measuring and specifying residential replacement glass

Hourly $22 to $24 starting PLUS

  • Performance bonus of up to $3.50 per hour after your initial probation period
  • Medical & dental insurance after your initial probation period, or an additional $2 per hour in lieu of participation in our insurance program
  • Retirement plan with 2% employer contribution after your first full year โ€“ we contribute to your retirement whether you contribute or not. 2% of the minimum starting wage of $22 per hour is $0.44 per hour additional contributed to your retirement plan.

For candidates with 5-10 years glazing experience, this experience must include:

  • A clean driving record (no DUI)
  • Replacement of insulated glass in residential wood and vinyl windows
  • Cutting, fabricating, and installing flat glass and mirrors in residential applications
  • Measuring and specifying residential replacement glass
  • Installation of heavy (3/8โ€ or thicker) glass shower enclosures
  • Installation of framed glass shower enclosures
  • Measuring and specifying heavy glass shower enclosures
  • Measuring and templating of custom mirrors including outlet cutouts, notches, and out of square situations

Hourly $25 to $30 starting PLUS

  • Performance bonus of up to $3.50 per hour after your initial probation period
  • Medical & dental insurance after your initial probation period, or an additional $2 per hour in lieu of participation in our insurance program
  • Retirement plan with 2% employer contribution after your first full year โ€“ we contribute to your retirement whether you contribute or not. 2% of the minimum starting wage of $25 per hour is $0.50 per hour additional contributed to your retirement plan.

Shop Apprentice

Shop apprentices are involved in all aspects of our shop and work under the tutelage of the shop operations manager. Shop apprentices play a crucial role in our operation – they just make everything happen! A typical day for a shop apprentice will involve:

  • Receiving or shipping freight
  • Checking in and inspecting product
  • Fabricating interior and exterior trim in our fab shop using CNC saws and nailers
  • Prepping products and materials for the paint shop
  • Cutting glass and performing in-shop glass replacements
  • Anything else that needs to get done!

This is an entry level position. Experience using power tools, handling glass, and operating fork lifts is a plus but not required. We are more interested in your ambition, commitment, and character. Apprentices are regularly promoted to our field crew, paint shop, and move into our sales and project management team. This is a seasonal position that can transition to full time.
